  • Improved the profile creation email to remove confusion for customers who have provided their details, but have not yet created a reservation. We removed any mention of reservations to make the email applicable to everyone who receives it.

We've rolled out an automatic city tax feature for the first few locations—when you turn on this feature, the system will automatically apply the city tax to all incoming reservations (without the need for product rules). We also fixed some bugs in the Reservation Module.

We collaborated with Stripe to offer faster payout times for properties in Europe and New Zealand. We also made it possible to send email updates to reservation bookers, and added an option to customer and company profiles that allows you to determine whether or not they can be invoiced.

  • Collaborated with Stripe to offer faster payout times for properties in Europe and New Zealand. Before, payouts took 7 days in Europe and 4 days in New Zealand—now, payouts occur for both in 3 days.
  • Added the Space category field to foreign police integrations, which allows you to create reports for specific space categories.
  • Added a new workplace privilege to employee profiles that allows users to manage spaces. Employees with this privilege can update a space's status to 'Out of Order', but they cannot create or delete spaces.
  • Added an option to customer and company profiles that allows you to choose whether or not a customer or company can be invoiced.

  • Improved the new booker functionality by ensuring that bookers can easily receive email updates—select an option to automatically send emails to the booker when you create the reservation, and resend any emails from within the Reservation Module.  
  • Updated the Canary Islands' legal environment by changing the tax rate from 7% to 6.5%, in accordance with IGIC laws.
  • Updated the Mauritian legal environment to apply 15% VAT to deposits at the time of payment.

Fixed

  • Fixed a bug that caused VAT to be incorrectly calculated and reported in Austrian properties.
  • Fixed a bug in the Occupancy Report that prevented the Space types filter from restricting results.
